Service scope
Zml is a proposed business data analysis service for Amazon sellers. Its intended scope includes sales analysis, advertising analysis, inventory monitoring, shipment tracking and returns analysis. Feature availability is subject to confirmation. Direct integrations require approval and seller authorization.
The proposed service provides read-only analysis and recommendations for seller review. It does not guarantee sales, profit, advertising results or marketplace approval. The seller remains responsible for business decisions and account changes.
Account responsibilities
Users must have authority to access the relevant seller data, provide accurate account information, protect login credentials and report suspected misuse to support@cheungml.com. Do not submit buyer PII, unauthorized third-party data or unlawful content.
Seller data ownership
Sellers retain ownership of their data. Any permission granted to the operator is limited to processing authorized data to provide the agreed service. Account termination does not transfer data ownership. Data handling and deletion are governed by the effective privacy policy.
Plans and fees
The proposed plan prices are USD $0 for Free, USD $29 per month for Pro and USD $99 per month for Team. Paid billing is monthly. Entitlements, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed and disclosed before any paid agreement. This draft website cannot accept payments or activate subscriptions.
Suspension and termination
A seller may request termination by contacting support@cheungml.com and may revoke integration authorization through the relevant account controls. The proposed operator may suspend access where required to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Any notice obligations, refunds and applicable deletion deadlines must be confirmed in the effective terms.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction at the company’s registered domicile in Guangzhou, China, subject to mandatory applicable law. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights remain applicable.
